ADPList is a global community of mentors and learners, on a mission to democratize mentorship for all. As a mentor I strive to connect, support, and learn from designers across all industries, functions, and geographies in areas like strategic problem solving, career switching, and relationship building.

Startup Virginia: IDEA Factory Mentor
The Idea Factory is a 6-week program providing training, resources, and support for aspiring entrepreneurs to test, improve, and validate their business idea. As a mentor I helped to guide and support entrepreneurs through this 6 week crash course in validating their big ideas.

Richmond Black Business Opportunity & Investment Study: Consultant
The Black Business Opportunity & Investment Study was conducted by team of community leaders who utilized their experiences in Richmond’s entrepreneurial landscape to facilitate a multi-modal data collection process including an online survey and a series of community conversations. The goal was to fill a knowledge gap and provide a clear understanding of Black businesses highlighting general characteristics, needs, contributors to success, and future plans. As a consultant I supported the creation of materials, agendas, and synthesis for data collection.
